DISNEYLAND!!!

I am happy to report that Mickey and all his pals are doing great! The Johnston's are now citizens of Toon Town USA. We ate a wonderful breakfast with Goofy and Pluto and friends, Cinderella was there too but somehow the boys didn't want their picture taken with her. We opened and closed the park everyday! The favorite ride of all was a tie between Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain. We rode them both more than 10 times. The least favorite.
ride of the boys was the Tower of Terror. (I liked the up and down but the ghosts were too scary! says Alex) We watched Fantasmic and an amazing Fireworks display. Basically we went nonstop for 4 days! It was "wicked cool" says an absolutely exhausted Tyler who slept in until
4:30 today. Jared thinks he was really brave because he went on Screaming over California. It is a roller coaster that goes upside down. Apparently he rode the whole time with his head down and eyes shut tight!

Grizzly Rapids ride in California Adventure.

Really this is one of the only pictures of Jared that he was mostly holding still.
Alex was thrilled to be chosen to help in the Totem Ceremony with Brother Bear. He "magically" lite the fire!

The boys all took there turn at trying to pull the sword from the stone. Unfortunately with no luck, we were not King for the day.

Tyler was so happy to find Mater and Lightning McQueen!

Goofy with 3 little Goofs!

Not a great picture but the fireworks were amazing!!We had a great time! I am not sure that I am ready to be back in the real world again.

My kids think you didn't post enough pictures! They had fun looking at them, and they're especially glad to see that McQueen and Mater make appearances at Disneyland (we've been wondering).
I want to take our family to Disneyland too, but I'll be honest--- I feel exhausted just thinking about it! I'm glad you all had such a great time!

It looks like a ton of fun, although we would most likely be impartial to the "cinderella" type folk.

What fun!! I'm so glad you all got to do that! Looks like you had a blast.
And I have to tell you. I had a dream that you were in my kitchen at home, but it was supposed to be your house. We were talking and you were drinking wine. Just thought I would let you know :)

Wow!
Is this the first trip to Disney with your family? I'm thinking "no" with how familiar you are with Disney....speaking of that...does that remind you of the cheating we unsuccessfully tried to do with your Disney Trivial Pursuit? Anyway, it looked and sounded fabulous!!! We have yet to go as a family. I'm not brave enough yet. :)

Oh...I wish my kids would be a little bigger RIGHT NOW, so that we could go. Sigh, some day.

I am so glad you posted your pictures so quickly. Disneyland is my favorite. As a kid my parents saved all year long to take us there each summer. We have such great memories. I am so glad you all had good weather. We heard snow in L.A. and prayed for sun! The boys are a great age to enjoy it too. So glad you had a bunch of fun. Welcome Back!

I love your pictures. What a fun time.

To answer your question on my blog, you are super evil and need to repent and recycle cereal too.
