"Daddy you look silly," said Alex as he was perusing the class of 1986 Chinook Middle School 7th grade pictures. There was general agreement that Dad looked silly but the the prodigious amount of big hair, seriously big hair, was and like... totally AWESOME.
Nestled amongst the pages of pictures of muscle shirts, aviator sunglasses, turtlenecks, deck shoes, pubescent upper lip peach fuzz, off the shoulder sweatshirts, sweater dresses, more turtlenecks and guys in shorts that are way too short was the picture below. Believe it or not this is a picture of Eric Johnston (left) and Erica Johnson (right- just avoid any confusion). No, I am not kidding. You can't make this stuff up.

Wow impressive Eric, you look like a little kid. I distinctly remember that night. I think there was some teasing done on the part of your younger siblings, but I remember thinking your date was the most beautiful girl ever.
I love it! I have put a picture on my blog...Linda...we need one from you too!! I did find a few of us together in 1990, but the pictures were too dark really to put on the blog (and I didn't particularly find them very flattering of myself ;)
