fall is falling

Island living is so windy.
The last of the maple leaves are trying to hanging on.

I actually went out to take pictures of leaves on the ground....
but there aren't any they have all been blown away.

My favorite flower has now turned an amazing shade of blue! 

It use to be first green, red, then pink, now blue. 

It will eventually turn white then dry into browns.

Isn't it beautiful!

I am perfectly willing to change seasons.
Not necessarily to winter but definitely to Christmas.


I bought these jingle bells.
All the kids love them. 

 I love them too!

they are so pretty!

I also picked up these bright sparkly ornaments. 

Then I turned them into this beautiful sparkly wreath.
Makes me happy!

I can see a few holes in it now that its hung but I have no problem buying more ornaments!
I think it looks a lot better in person.
You should all come see it!
And don't worry, I got that hot glue strand that is hanging down off!


I am ready for Christmas! 
OK not really ready,
I have a wreath up,
but I'm excited for it!
