A time to keep: here, there and everywhere

this will come as no surprise
but we are busy

by this point of the spring season
I'm done!

I love everything we are doing
and am grateful to be doing it
but there is just so much more
field trips, recitals, tournaments, end of the year whatever's
extra stuff that doesn't happen any other time of year
and I am tired
with 4 weeks left till summer
I'm pushing through till the end!

It's really hard to go to the groomers when you are 14 and 1/2
he laid in the back of the car for an hour before he had the energy to get up

this is what I find most nights when I try to climb into bed

Look there is a rainbow in my garden!

She is loving braids these day
she asks for them almost everyday
hopefully her hairdo won't ever get more complicated
hair has never been my specialty
