Making my momma proud!

MOM I did it!
Your great efforts in teaching me have not been in vane.
It just took 25 years but here it is
better late than never


I sewed something!


And their was no swearing involved!
Swearing is not in my usual daily routine.
But, I confess sewing in the past has lead to some questionable behavior on my part.
Usually with a little bit of tearing out my own hair, tears and totally frustration with possibility the item being sewed flying across the room!


Oh wow! Now I have given myself away
You all thought I was just always so calm and relaxed.
Now you know the truth.




One of my new goals was to sew...


a pillow
and I have sewn 2 actually
I'll have to show you the other one.
It's even cuter than the first

burp clothes 
I'd seen a picture for these about 2 years ago and I've been wanting to make them every since.
They are super easy and totally cute!

And a skirt!

 Isn't it cute!

So is the model!

Totally cute right!
She loves her new skirt.
And I'm actually have fun sewing!
I know shocking!
But lets not get too excited. 
They were probably 3 of the easiest sewing projects EVER!
