the Patch!

I love going to the pumpkin patch.

Others don't.... (Eric)

so most years I take the kids and go

I've been waiting for all the elements to come together 

well really just 2

sunshine and all the kids to be free

but it seems the odds were against me

whenever the boys were free it was raining and

whenever there was sunshine someone has previous plans

now that certain someone who doesn't like to go

suggested several times that we could just pick up some pumpkins at Albertsons 

but what fun is that?

So one sunny morning I took my opportunity to at least take Grace

 She was more than happy to select everyone a pumpkin

She carefully selected each pumpkin with a certain person in mind

girl with a purpose

she tip toed through the pumpkins
she didn't want to get her boots muddy

so maybe not MY ideal family outing
but to be honest the boys didn't care much
and 
Grace and I had a great morning adventure together!
