somewhere in here Eric and I celebrated our 18th anniversary
Yeah!
we got a babysitter which we rarely need anymore because Jared is really old enough
but since we were planning to be gone 12 hours we figured he could use the help
so we hired our faithful babysitter who has watched our kids for 10 years and now has the nerve to go on a mission
and I drove up to Bellingham to get Eric from work early
we had lunch at a French Cafe in downtown then tested road bikes for an hour or so
we shopped around the mall
then went and saw Star Trek it was actually better than I thought it would be
then headed to a pizza place that I can't remember the name of!
but they were having a $5 special on every pizza and the wait was over an hour
but we waited!
finally heading home about 11:30
It was a great calm day!
in other random news

I'm trying to decorate my home
I'm pulling out some of my nice stuff I've has tucked away for ever
It's time
Daddy has been making ice cream!
Oh it is so good
Happy sunflowers!!
nice weather means life on the front porch!

I think this is the year T gets over his fear of water!
and one more sweet thing
everynight after I put my little girl to bed
she sneaks out and leaves me a gift either in front of my door or on my pillow
this nights offering was my old dog (and I mean OLD) and heard shaped cookie cutter and 2 plates from her tea seat!
so sweet!
so that's a little bit of the nothings happening here this summer!
